Rio 2016 Announces the Day When the Judo Test Event Will be Held
The Rio International Judo Tournament Warm-Up will be held on January 16th and 17th at Carioca 2 Arena.
For those who are eager to see the judo athletes on the Olympic mat there will be a preview of the forthcoming Rio Games. On Thursday, the Organizing Committee of Rio 2016 announced the dates of the test-events held at the Olympics premises and a judo competition is scheduled on January.
The Rio International Judo Tournament Warm-Up will happen exactly on the sport’s stage used during the Games, the Carioca 2 Arena, located within the Olympic Park. This will be the first time judo is disputed in the heart of the Olympic Games. And the fights take place on January 16th and 17th.
Some tickets will be for sale for some competitions, while others will be held within closed doors. Information about the purchase of tickets will be later provided. There will be 44 sports competitions held from July 2015 to May 2016.
