Renowned Officials Attended the Cadet Pan-American Championship

America’s best cadets were not the only yesterday’s attendees to the Pan-American Championship organized at CENARD in Buenos Aires. There were also several important officials who came there to the first of four-day-competition of the Pan and South-American Cadet and Junior Championships.

Among the attendees, it was noticeable the presence of the President of the Brazilian Judo Confederation as well as of the Pan-American Judo one, Paulo Wanderley Teixeira. He was joined by the Sports Director of the Pan-American Judo Confederation (PJC), Manuel Larrañaga; the Secretary General of the PJC, Fernando Ibañez; PJC\'s treasurer, Luis Chevez; the President of the Colombian Judo Federation, Hernando Arias; the President of the Argentinian Judo Confederation, Oscar Cassinerio; the President of the Chilean Judo Federation, Aquiles Guzmán; the President of the Paraguayan Judo Federation, Francisco Birnistil.

The competitions from Argentine’s capital go on this Saturday. Brazil was the champion of the Cadet Pan-American Championship, winning 13 out of 16 gold medals.
