Special Olympics Brazil and BJC Promote a Judo Training Cost at No Cost

In order to promote the judo practice for people with intellectual disabilities, Special Olympics Brazil, in partnership with the BJC, is promoting a training course on August the 16th, at the Confederation’s headquarters from the International Airport of Rio de Janeiro. The course aims to deliver training for taking part in the national and international level 1 (beginners) judo event for people with intellectual disabilities in the coaching, management and arbitration fields.

The subscription is for free. You only have to fill out the registration form attached to this article and send it by August the 10th to the email: marcodiniz@specialolympics.org.br. The outlines are mentioned on the poster attached to this article.

The Special Olympics Foundation Brazil is a nonprofit organization that promotes sport for people with intellectual disabilities. The national sports organization is affiliated to Special Olympics International. In Brazil there are 9 types of sports (athletics, basketball, bowls, soccer, swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, tennis, table tennis, floor-hockey); besides Programs such as : APLs (Athlete Leader), Youth and School, Healthy Athletes, Torch Race, Young Athletes, MATP (Motor Activity) and Families.
