How to Book and Pick Up the Tickets for the World Judo Championship of Rio de Janeiro
If you are a judo fan, you cannot miss the most important sports tournament after the Olympics. The World Judo Championship of Rio de Janeiro will bring together this sport’s biggest names during a seven day- competition. The event takes place at Maracanãzinho Venue from August 26th to September 1st . The best news is that all tickets are free. If you want to book and pick up your ticket, follow the steps below:
1 – Click on the site http://worldjudorio2013.com/
2 - Go to the Fan icon, then on Book your ticket;
3 - It will open a page where you must sign up. Brazilians fans are required to fill in their CPF, whereas the foreigners must type their passport numbers;
4 – After signing-up, you must login and type the password you have previously registered;
5 - After logging-in, a page for booking tickets will open;
6 - On this page, click on the icon \"Choose the day of competition\" and choose the day of the event you want to attend. For each registered document (CPF or passport) you can book up to three tickets per day of competition;
7 – Picking up the tickets:
You will receive an e-mail with the booking confirmation. This document should be printed and brought to the box office from Maracanãzinho, every day of the competition that you chose to watch. The reference reservation is deleted this way and you cannot delete them all at once.
The e-mail address registered for confirmation has all the information about changes and schedules.
Attention!
The booked tickets via online must be picked up only from 8 am to 12pm (noon) every day of the event. After this time, if you booked your ticket and could not pick it up on time, you will lose your reservation and you have to go to the box office that will hand you a ticket with no previous reservation (the tickets may be sold-out).
The box office cannot provide tickets for other days of competition. Each fan has to pick up his/her ticked the day he/she booked for.
