BJC Holds Its First National Refereeing Seminar from 2015
The event will take place at the end of March at the Pan American Judo Center in Lauro de Freitas.
In order to discuss and spread the changes in the rules of refereeing, the Brazilian Judo Confederation will hold from March 27th to 29th the first National Refereeing Seminar. The site chosen to host the event was the judo’s new home in the Americas, which is the Pan American Judo Center located in Lauro de Freitas, Bahia.
In January this year, BJC sent to Spain a group of nine representatives of the Brazilian refereeing for IJF’s annual seminar, held in Malaga, where they were presented the updated rules that will be in force in the forthcoming Olympics.
Invitations for this meeting in Lauro de Freitas were sent to the refereeing directors of state federations as well as to Brazilian referees IJF (A, B and C) graduated.
