A French Club Will Come to Brazil for a Training Camp
The exchange between Brazil and France is more and more straight. Whereas the Junior and Senior Teams are training in Paris, 43 athletes and three coaches from Sainte Geneviève Sports, one of the major judo clubs from France, will arrive on February 19th for a training period in Sogipa.
\"Such visits mean for Sogipa the recognition of its years of work which has significant results. People know that winning three Olympic medals in two Games editions was not a coincidence. They were the outcome of hard work and huge investments.\", confirms the sports vice-president from Sogipa, Alexandre Algeri, who refers to the medals won by Tiago Camilo (2008), Mayra Aguiar (2012) and Felipe Kitadai (2012).
The most important athletes of the French team that will be in Porto Alegre for a week are David Larose (- 66kg) , Ludovic Gobert (- 90kg) and Aurore Clémence (- 48kg), all of them being part of the French National Team.
