XIII International Moura Cup Has Been Successfully Held in Campo Grande

Judokas from Argentina and Paraguay join Brazilian athletes from several states for the competition

Athletes from Argentina, Paraguay and Brazilian judokas from several states met in the Multisport Don Bosco Gymnasium, Campo Grande – MS, in order to take part in the thirteenth edition of the International Moura Coup, which was held under Professor Marco Moura’s supervision and conducted with the support given by the Judo Federation from Mato Grosso do Sul .

The great champion of the competition was Judo Futuro , after winning  17 gold medals ; the second best was Judo Matos holding 10 gold awards whereas the delegation of Ponta Porã won eight of them . The top five positions were reached by teams from Mato Grosso State with six gold medals, and the Team B of Judo Futuro with four tops.

Being the host of the event, the Moura Association did not participate to the points counting, but it was competing as well, obtaining 15 gold medals.

The competition was disputed by the following categories: Open, Cadets, Under-15 , Under-13 and Under ​-11, having both genders participating ; it was considered  the seventh stage of the state circuit from Mato Grosso  do Sul.
