Breno Viola goes to Judo For All
Breno Viola, the first black belt athlete who has Down’s syndrome in Brazil, has embarked this Wednesday, 28th of
October, to the Judo For All Competition. The tournament starts on October the 31st in Cardiff, Wales.
It is the first time that country is hosting a competition for athletes with special needs. At 28, Breno Viola has been a student of the International Coaching Coordinator of the Brazilian Judo Confederation, Ney Wilson, since he was a kid. The trip to the United Kingdom was only possible thanks to the sponsorship of Suderj/Secretaria de Esporte do Etado do Rio.
