Registration in the International Training Camp from Saquarema Will be Open
Judokas from all over Brazil can put their hands on the sports stars’ kimono
The Performance Management of the Brazilian Judo Confederation announced on Wednesday, January 14th that registration in the International Training Camp from Saquarema, located in Região dos Lagos, Rio de Janeiro, which will bring together about 200 athletes from 11 countries, will be open for Brazilian athletes who are not senior nor junior members, provided they meet certain requirements.
The criteria enabling athletes to take part in these activities are the following ones:
1) have at least black belt for men and brown belt for women;
2) be older than 18;
3)have reached the podium in national competitions (Junior, Under 23, Senior or Troféu Brasil) in this Olympic cycle or have participated in the third stage of the Selective Rio 2016;
4) get the authorization of the State Federation to which they belong.
