Four BJC’s employees from different departments attended the course
It was through the Brazilian Olympic Institute and Olympic Solidarity that the Brazilian Olympic Committee (BOC) delivered the Sports Management Course, focused on Project Management, Incentive Law and Partnerships with the Ministry of Sports. Focused as usually on the management development, BJC could not skip this opportunity and sent four of their employees to take this course.
Last week, Renato Araújo (Financial Manager), Roberto Silva (Junior Financial Assistant), Ana Carolina Bidão (Senior Project Assistant), Bernardo Seabra (Junior Technical Supervisor) attended some lectures and took part in several workshops.
\"It was a great opportunity that BOC gave to all attendees, not only to BJC. Last week was extremely useful for our employees, contributing to their personal development,\" Renato Araújo said.
“Last week brought us many clear benefits. All covered topics are valuable to the Confederation because the entity deals with them every day \"said Bernardo Seabra.
Besides the BJC’s four representatives, the course brought together 47 employees from different other sports bodies. The course took place from November 4th to November 8th, at the headquarters of the Brazilian Olympic Committee, in Barra da Tijuca, western area of Rio de Janeiro.
